Air India crash victims' son says he received wrong remains
The son of
two of the victims
of the Air India plane crash in 1985, which claimed the lives of 329 people, has revealed that he received the wrong remains for DNA identification purposes. In a statement released by Delhi police, the son said that the remains were of three males, whereas his mother and aunt were both female. The case, which has recently resurfaced due to renewed interest by Canadian authorities, involves allegations of a cover-up by the Indian government.
