German court lifts ban on far-right magazine
Magazine will continue to spread hate speech online
The German court decided to lift the ban on the far-right magazine which was suspected of spreading hate speech and fake news online. The court cited technical issues with the manner in which the magazine was published and how it would continue to use domain names. The decision came after a two-year investigation in which the court tried to ascertain the extent to which the magazine relied on hate speech. The magazine which has 86,000 subscribers has however apologized to any person who felt offended by their content.
