A heartbreaking account from Hedaya al-Muta'wi, whose 18-month-old son Mohammed is suffering from severe malnutrition as a result of the famine devastating Gaza. Mohammed weighs just 6kg, and can no longer stand or sit up. His mother describes how she is working hard, but feels helpless without a breadwinner since her husband was killed in the war.
