Lone survivor of Air India crash lays to rest brother who didn't make it
Prabhjot Singh laid his brother Palvinder Singh to rest nearly 37 years after the Air India crash that took his life. Palvinder, along with 329 others, perished in the crash on June 23, 1985. Prabhjot was the lone survivor of the crash and suffered from memory loss as a result of the tragedy. Palvinder's remains were identified and returned to Prabhjot and his family in Brampton, Ontario, after DNA testing confirmed his identity. Prabhjot expressed his gratitude for the support of the Sikh community and their efforts to locate the remaining victims of the crash. He emphasized the importance of closure and finding a sense of peace.
