Popular Oreo cookies, manufactured by Mondelez International, have filed a lawsuit against Aldi, accusing the grocery chain of using similar packaging for its Fine Foods line of cookies.

The packaging of the Fine Foods cookies closely resembles that of the Oreos, with both featuring similar colors, typography, and design. Mondelez claims that the packaging is an exact replica of its own. Additionally, they claim that Aldi's packaging choice could deceive customers and create confusion.
