The Ukrainian president says that three people died during the most recent round of Russian attacks on Kyiv. In a 5-minute video address released on Thursday, Zelensky deplored the apparent surge in attacks and implored Western allies to do more to help Ukraine defend itself. He also claimed that Moscow is resorting to "terror" and stressed that Ukraine needs more weapons to defend its skies and shores.
