Two Scottish men were shot dead at a bar in Spain in the early hours of Friday morning. The men, aged 28 and 33, were airlifted to a hospital after the shooting at around 1:30 am local time in the popular resort of Magaluf, but died of their injuries.

Police Investigate

The police have opened an investigation into the murders. Officers were called to the scene in the island's party resort of Majorca after reports of a shooting. The victims were reportedly socializing with other Scots at the time of the incident. A Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office spokesman said: "We are supporting the families of two British men who have died in Spain and are in contact with the local authorities."
